All trips are reserved and paid for online, and our staff can provide reservation assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Passengers must book a trip using the reservation system or the call center; we can not accommodate walk-up passengers.

Cornell or Weill Medical Account
*The C2C reservation system uses the Cornell NetID to determine eligibility for fare discounts. The Cornell Weill CWID does not communicate with the C2C reservation system; however, Cornell Weill employees may request a Cornell NetID by contacting the IT Service Desk at https://it.cornell.edu/support. Once the NetID has been activated, the user can update their C2C reservation account to receive the appropriate discounted rate.
- Current faculty, staff, and students must have a valid CU NetID registered in their user accounts in order to be eligible for discounted rates.
- A reservation and payment are required for passengers aged 2 years and up. Infants (up to 2 years old) ride at no charge if not occupying a seat.
- Any item taking up a seat is considered a passenger; a reservation and payment are required.
