C2C Rates
All our trips are booked and paid for online. Our friendly staff are always ready to help you with any questions or concerns, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Just make sure to book your trip through the reservation system or the call center, as we can’t accommodate walk-up passengers.

The C2C reservation system uses your Cornell NetID to determine if you qualify for fare discounts. The Cornell Weill CWID doesn’t talk to the C2C reservation system, but Cornell Weill employees can ask for a Cornell NetID by reaching out to the IT Service Desk. Once you have your NetID, you can update your C2C reservation account to get the right discounted rate.
Requirements:
- To get the discounted rates, Employees & Students need to have a valid CU NetID registered in your user accounts.
- For passengers aged 2 and up, you’ll need to make a reservation and pay a fee. Infants (up to 2 years old) can ride for free if they’re not taking up a seat.
- Anything that takes up a seat, like a stroller or a backpack, counts as a passenger and requires a reservation and payment.
- Changes and cancellations will cost you a processing fee, so please read the terms and conditions before you make any changes.
