C2C Equipment Substitution Policy

Every attempt is made to make this service and its associated amenities as reliable as possible. On rare occasions, some or all amenities may be unavailable and/or substitute equipment may be utilized (typically due to unexpected repairs or emergencies). Schedule delays due to traffic, weather, mechanical failure, or acts of God may also occur.

No price adjustments or refunds will be issued in any of these instances.

We strongly advise passengers to provide a cell phone number in their account to allow the call center or driver to contact them in case of weather- or traffic-related delays or emergencies.
